How do you know it’s pledge drive week (well, two weeks actually) for the Maximum Fun podcast network? Because John Hodgman is on every podcast! Well, he’s on two extra podcast eps at least — stopping by both Oh No Ross & Carrie and The Flop House for special MaxFun drive appearances.

The topic of this Flop House episode is the rare Steven Spielberg joint to make the cut. Maybe they’ll get around to Hook someday?

As for my thoughts — entertaining as usual, but I’m still waiting for a Flop House episode that’d be a good “first episode for my wife to listen to.” (I think I’ll be waiting for a while…)
